How do I confirm my booking after paying?
After scanning the owner’s UPI QR code and paying, you must upload the Success Screenshot in the "My Bookings" section. Your slot remains pending until the owner verifies the proof.
What if I forgot to take a screenshot?
You can find your transaction history in your UPI app (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm). Open the transaction, take a screenshot of the details showing the UTR / Transaction ID, and upload that.
How long does verification take?
Owners usually verify screenshots within 5-15 minutes. Once verified, your Golden Ticket will be sent instantly to your WhatsApp.
How do I check if a payment is real?
In your Owner Dashboard, click on "Pending Verifications." Compare the Transaction ID on the player's screenshot with your bank/UPI app statement before hitting "Approve."
Can I reject a fake screenshot?
Yes. If the ID doesn't match your records, you can click "Decline." The player will be notified, and the slot will be released back to the marketplace.
