1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing BoxAdda.in, you agree to abide by these Terms of Use. Our platform acts as a digital marketplace for local cricket tournament auctions and turf bookings. Users must provide accurate identification, including their name and WhatsApp number, to utilize the "Golden Ticket" system.
2. Booking & Verification Process
To ensure elite standards, BoxAdda.in utilizes a specific manual verification workflow:
- Users must scan the owner’s UPI QR code to make payments directly to the vendor.
- A clear screenshot of the successful transaction must be uploaded for verification.
- Owners verify these screenshots via the Command Center ERP before issuing a confirmed booking.
- Tampering with screenshots or providing fraudulent IDs will lead to an immediate permanent ban from the network.
3. Intellectual Property
The branding of **Auction Adda** (auctionadda.in) and **BoxAdda.in**, including all graphics, logos, and digital tournament fixture templates, are the property of the developer. Users are prohibited from reproducing these designs for external commercial use without explicit permission.
4. User Conduct
Users are expected to maintain professional conduct when interacting with turf owners and the support concierge. BoxAdda.in reserves the right to terminate access for users who disrupt the ecosystem through no-shows, payment disputes, or misuse of the real-time data solutions.
5. Limitation of Liability
BoxAdda.in facilitates the connection between players and vendors. We are not liable for physical injuries sustained during matches, banking delays in UPI transfers, or disputes arising from manual verification errors between the player and the turf owner.
