Booking Cancellations
Since BoxAdda.in facilitates direct payments to turf owners via UPI, the following rules apply:
- 24+ Hours Notice: Eligible for a 100% "Adda Credit" which can be used for any future booking within the same arena.
- 12-24 Hours Notice: Eligible for a 50% "Adda Credit" as the slot becomes difficult to re-fill on short notice.
- Less than 12 Hours: No refund or credit is issued for last-minute cancellations.
Weather & Technical Issues
In the event of heavy rain or arena lighting failure:
- The Turf Owner will mark the match as "Abandoned" in the Command Center ERP.
- A Golden Credit will be instantly issued to your account via WhatsApp notification.
- This credit allows you to reschedule the match to any available slot of the same value within 30 days.
Verification Disputes
Refunds related to payment screenshot verification:
If a Turf Owner declines your screenshot due to a mismatch in Transaction ID, please contact our Concierge support immediately. If the error is verified as a banking delay, your slot will be restored or a credit will be issued.
